Job Summary
Cranes Restoration & Cleaning Services

If you’re an experienced carpenter who wants more than repetitive site work, this role gives

you variety, autonomy, and purpose.

At Cranes Restoration & Cleaning Services, you’ll take the lead on restoration and rebuild

projects that require skill, problem-solving, and efficiency under pressure. This is a role for

someone confident in their trade who can work independently and deliver high-quality

results.

Duties

• Execute high-quality finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, doors, flooring)
• Lead and complete complex restoration and rebuild projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and scope of work
• Assess damage and determine efficient repair solutions
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Direct apprentices and laborers on-site
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
• Handle material takeoffs and communicate needs to supervisors
• Complete daily job documentation and progress reporting

Skills

• Journeyman certification or 4+ years of proven carpentry experience
• Strong skills in finishing, trim, drywall, and general construction
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading or mentoring less experienced workers
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Solid understanding of safety practices and job site leadership
• Multi-trade experience (tiling, painting, minor plumbing, etc.) is a strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.18-$36.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
