Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dealership setting, where you will engage with clients both in-person and over the phone .Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales area and ensure all products are displayed attractively.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to process orders and manage customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting dealership specials and promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
