Job Summary
Quality Custom Cleaning provides Premium residential, Airbnb, move-out and specialty cleaning services. We take pride in delivering exceptional results, attention to detail and a positive environment for clients and staff. We are rapidly growing and looking for the right candidate for the job.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Checking each others work for best quality workmanship.
- Standing for long periods of time. Repetative bending and kneeling.
- Complete deep cleaning projects according to task list.
- Follow instruction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and absolute asset.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independant and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining safe, clean environments while developing valuable skills in facilities maintenance and custodial services.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
