Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team.

The successful candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Previous GM dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required. Diesel Experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current with manufacturer training, new vehicle technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Automotive Service Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• GM dealership experience is an asset but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
