Job description
We have an exciting opportunity available, for an Admin Assistant, starting part-time/casual, leading to full-time (typically 10-20hrs per week), with the potential of promotion to full time Executive Assistant. The position is on-site essential, based at our office in Lethbridge.

The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent initiative, and the ability to work both as a team and independently, unsupervised.

MUST be very well organized, efficient, be excellent at multitasking, flexible and be willing to be a valued member of our team. Smart and professional appearance and manner, are essential.

MUST have experience in Office Administration, reception, and experience with MS Office, Excel. Excellent organizational, typing, and data entry skills are required.

Experience with Quick Books or other accounting software is not essential, but would be a bonus. Experience using CRM software is beneficial.

Duties and responsibilities include (depending upon qualifications & experience):

· General office and administration duties

· Reception & Client (Customer) Service

· PA to the President & CEO

· Assisting with Purchasing

· Admin support to Sales

· Data entry
· Other office and admin duties, as reasonably required

Languages: Must be fluent in English (essential). French is not essential, but beneficial.

Excellent typing and data entry skills are required.

Compensation starting at $18/hr+ depending upon experience, skills and qualifications.
