Department: Counselling, Outreach and Education (COE)
Hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday—8:30am to 4:30pm
Tuesday and Wednesday—12:00pm – 8:00pm
Position Overview:
To provide administrative support for Lethbridge Family Services, Counselling, Outreach and Education department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency, confidentiality and compliance within department’s procedures and organizations policies
- Demonstrates courtesy and patience through phone, email and in person when dealing with organization clients and partners
- Provides accurate information about the department and organization services.
- Completes all necessary client, department specific and organization documentation.
- Create, organize and manage data entry related to department’s funding sources.
- Manage diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
- Support invoicing and other financial processes.
- Prepare, gather and relay confidential information and material on a regular basis.
- Compile client/participants data.
- Perform notetaking duties during internal and external meetings/committees
- Provide software education/skill support to colleagues.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisor regarding processes, procedures and safety within their position.
- Deliver other related duties as requested by Management.
Qualifications:

- Must be between age 18-30 years old at the start of the employment.
- Must be a Canadian citizen permanent resident or protected person under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Must be a Canadian citizen permanent resident or protected person under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
· Strong attention to details and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven high levels of proficiency in computer skills.
· Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Start date: As soon as a suitable candidate is found.
