Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical support and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with data entry, organizing files, and maintaining records
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
