AltisMSP - Office Administrative Assistant
AltisMSP is a new generation Information Systems & Technology consulting company. From small business, through mid-size, up to multi-national corporations and the public sector, we understand information management needs.
AltisMSP is seeking to fill an Office Administrator role, which will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service in-person, phone, and email
- Assists with clerical tasks in accounting, payroll, receiving, filing and data entry
- Provide customer service and refer service requests to the IT service technicians
- Responsible for invoicing, reconciliation, AP
- Creating labor, ticket and other reports as required
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in an office setting preferred
- Experience in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of position
- Sound decision-making and working with minimal supervision abilities
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00
Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
