Your Opportunity:
The Medicine Hat Recovery Centre (MHRC) is a 24 hour facility that offers in-patient treatment program designed to support adults experiencing addiction to improve their health and wellness, and a medically supported detoxification program designed to manage symptoms of withdrawal of alcohol and other substances. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be providing integral administrative support services to the Medicine Hat Recovery Centre and as needed the Opiate Dependency Program . The Admin IV will monitor and log referrals, enter client referral information into electronic health record systems, and support overall file management. This position is client and public facing and will have reception duties. Your duties may also include processing financial transactions, staff scheduling, payroll processing, education tracking and coordination, share responsibility for FM&E requests, inventory ordering and receiving, meeting scheduling, minutes, appointment scheduling, fleet management and data entry for reporting.

Required Qualifications:Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience (within the last 2 years’) with staff scheduling, time keeping, RMS, iprocurement, electronic health record data utilization and client information management and referral management. Post secondary education must be related to administrative assistant duties.
Preferred Qualifications:Connect Care experience/certification.
