About the Position:
The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming service department phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner. This position is responsible for informing customers what vehicle services are due, best practices for their vehicle care, booking appointments, confirming appointments and calling on missed or cancelled appointments. This position is expected to provide exceptional customer service and generate business from current and new customer bases.
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, process driven professional who is motivated to meet and exceed company service goals.

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to continuously follow up with customers and increase service appointments
