The Area Manager will be responsible for setting goals and objectives, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and providing leadership and guidance to employees. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific area.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that goals are met within the allocated timeframe.
- Provide regular reports on progress to senior management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
