Eclipse Stores Inc. is a women’s clothing retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We're hiring an inspiring and results-driven Assistant Manager for our store in Medicine Hat Mall.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach and empower team members to exceed sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Support all store operations.
• Participate in hiring and implementation of training programs.
• Ensure compliance to visual presentation and store standards.
• Support the managing of employee performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Retail or service management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Merchandising experience.
• Organizational skills.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
