We are offering an exciting opportunity to manage the growing Extreme Modular Buildings production team.

Responsibilities and Duties

The General Manager is responsible for managing all site operations of EMB in Lethbridge, Alberta, including safety, quality control, production, maintenance (equipment, building and site), inventory, shipping and logistics. Leading by example, the EMB General Manager supports a team of project managers, designers and supervisors to achieve organizational strategic objectives, and to ensure all aspects of the Design, Planning, Production, Delivery, and Installation of EMB products are completed on time and on budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Education

• Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in project or business management (5 years minimum)
• Business acumen
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (including Teams), ERP Software (Enterprise Resource Planning Software)
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From $120,000.00 per year
