Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our woodworking and cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and custom cabinetry fabrication, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-quality projects in a collaborative environment, utilizing a variety of hand tools and power tools to create functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Duties

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise fabrication of cabinets and related woodwork.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets according to specifications.
• Operate CNC machines, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently for precise woodworking tasks.
• Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve desired surface quality.
• Assist with restoration projects involving cabinetry or woodwork repairs.
• Install cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinetry making, carpentry, woodworking, or related construction trades.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
