Reporting to the Head Cashier, the Food Store Cashier is responsible for delivering world-class customer service. Duties include operating cash registers and taking payment from customers, assisting with merchandising and displaying packaged products, and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service skills. Preference will be given to those with experience as a retail cashier or similar function; experience with lottery service, cheque cashing procedures, and fresh product codes would be an asset.
