LETHBRIDGE -Community Support Worker
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living skills
- Involving the client in community-based activities
- Working in residential/non-residential settings
- Efficient documentation and time management skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of rehab experience in residential or non-residential programs required OR 2 years experience in the human services sector
- CPI, PBI and ASIST considered an asset
- Ability to effectively manage behaviors an asset
- Experience working with personal care an asset
- Must have a clear Criminal Record Check & 2 work-related references
- Vehicle, valid driver’s license and 3rd party $2 million liability insurance
- Valid Work Permit ( If applicable )
Independent Counselling Enterprises (I.C.E.) is a province-wide agency that has been in operation since 1986. We offer supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are community based and strive to empower and foster independence in our clients. We are currently seeking Community Support Workers to work days, evenings and weekends.
