Full Job Description
Canadian Tire Customer Service representative's supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, directing customers to requested products in the store. They also help ensure that customers are satisfied with products , services and features.
Representatives are the first line of contact with our customers so a calm, helpful, informative and professional manner will be expected. Experience is preferred but training will be provided where needed.
The position is P/T and the exact requirements will be discussed with the successful applicants.
Open availability is preferred and there will be a requirement to work some weekends and evenings.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
