Position: Retail Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
• Accurately process transactions using our point of sale (POS) system
• Confidently explain product features and benefits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
• Meet sales targets by recommending products that suit customer needs
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Handle customer questions or concerns in a professional and solution-focused manner

What You Bring

• Previous retail, customer service, administrative, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and a positive, professional attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort working in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Interest in kitchen and bathroom design
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Working knowledge of Google SketchUp
