Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in store and via phone.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Perform analysis of customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using a POS with attention to detail
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and data trends
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
