This position is Mon-Fri, full time hours, with growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service being the first point of contact for walk-in, telephone customers and email inquiries
- Demonstrating a professional image of the Fully Promoted Brand at all times
- Building a rapport with clients, accurately assessing customer needs with new offerings, providing technical support, preparing quotations, and providing input
- Work with a strong sales team to ensure closed loop communication with customers
- Working with owner/marketing to coordinate and execute in-house marketing programs (maintaining social media, replying to comments, reviews, execute tele-marketing and mailing campaigns)
- Generate revenue by servicing clients and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting buying needs
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Processing customer orders, completing detailed work orders, obtain customer’s approval and payment
- Data Entry (tracking follow ups, logging and responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries, verifying, and entering information)
- Work closely with the production department to answer any questions regarding current work orders
- Assuring quality control, customer satisfaction, preparing thank you cards with orders
- Maintain an organized clean and professional store appearance at all times
- Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must be confident with computers and learning new software & POS programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English usage including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading
- Possess a good understanding of basic sales and telemarketing tactics
- Comfortable with creating and maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Ability to contribute and receive ideas and feedback in a team environment
- Positive attitude, reliable, innovative and a team player
