Development Officer

The Development Officer – Student Awards will be a key member of the Lethbridge College Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Ideally, you will be a proven development officer or currently hold a similar relationship-based role. Your work history will demonstrate your experience in nurturing relationships and utilizing your strong emotional intelligence to create excellent connections. You will have a track record of spotting opportunities and have what it takes to strategically align the needs of our donors to those of the Lethbridge College community. You need to be organized and work well under pressure, as deadlines will be an everyday part of your work.

You will already possess a degree/diploma in a related field such as business administration, marketing, or communications and be proficient in MS Office. A driver’s license and the ability to work flexibly are essential – some evenings and weekends will be required.

Most importantly, you will need strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships.
