Bissett Cleaning is searching for attention based multi-faceted cleaners to LEAD in the evening operations of our organization. Must be trustworthy, dependable, responsible, and always up for a challenge.

Casual: 44 hours

Schedule: The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.-12/2 am. with rotational weekends, on-call daytime hours for customer care.

Salary: $25/hr during probation/training. Re-evaluation at 3 months.

Qualifications:

• Cell Phone w/ Data.
• Reliable Work Vehicle.
• Bondable.
• Fully Vaccinated
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Management degree or 2-year experience equivalent
• Must be able to obtain security clearances for required client site access

Scope of Work:

• Plans, co-ordinates, directs and monitors the effectiveness of all operational activities within the PM Shift.
• Working with 2-3 other Facility Supervisors and 40 Cleaning Techs in maintaining 100+ cleaning contracts
• Location inspections for fulfillment of service agreement (Quality Control)
• Assist in Employee Recruitment, Training, Coaching, etc
• Transporting required cleaning products/equipment to/from cleaning locale
• Providing feedback to co-workers in an effective and productive manner.
• Be proficient and exemplary in expected cleaning tasks.
• Assist in and promote other divisions of Bissett Cleaning, ie, housekeeping, window cleaning, floor refinishing.
• Represent Bissett Cleaning in resolving customer concerns and client acquisition
• Some travel required to surrounding rural communities.
• Administrative and reporting duties
• Responsible for Client Growth and On-Boarding
• Assist in deeper cleanings (ie First-Time/One-Time Cleanings).
• Must be competent in floor care equipment & protocols, window cleaning, and ladder work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
