We're recruiting a part-time 'Wardrobe Specialist' to join our team of stylists in Medicine Hat!

We are currently seeking a customer-centric, fashion savvy individual to join our enthusiastic team in Medicine Hat (Cornerstone Power Center). This is a part-time position which requires flexible availability. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist customers using Jenny’s Customer Service Experience Sequence.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
• Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
• Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion an asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
• Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
• Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
