Job Summary
We’re hiring Window Cleaners for full-time and part-time positions. This is a physical, outdoor role that requires comfort with heights and working on ladders. Experience is helpful but not required — we provide training for the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Clean windows and glass surfaces on residential and commercial properties
• Use tools such as squeegees, extension poles, leaf blowers, hoses, and ladders
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Communicate respectfully with clients and team members
• Ensure high-quality work on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• willing to work weather dependent

Pay & Benefits

• $172 per day
• Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)
• On-the-job training provided
• Opportunities for advancement
• $5 bonus per google review
• 20% commission on upsells (on the job training provided)
