Job Title: Food Counter Attendant – A&W
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and reliable Food Counter Attendants to join our A&W team. This role is perfect for students or individuals looking for part-time work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will help provide great customer service, prepare food items, and ensure the restaurant stays clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and assemble menu items following A&W standards.
- Operate the cash register and process payments.
- Assist with basic food preparation and packaging orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and kitchen workspace.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Restock supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
- Work with team members to ensure quick and friendly service.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience is an asset but not required – training will be provided.
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
