Job Summary: Receptionist position is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience with every client. The receptionist will be responsible for being able to maintain a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. As a part of the Leading-Edge Mobility team they must have great time management skills and be willing to take ownership of their performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Consulting with clients on variety of products
· Detailed knowledge of each product
· Ensuring clients’ comfort during service by warm greeting, and conversations while in waiting area
· Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences
· Describing different care products and their benefits
· Maintaining and updating client records
· Acting as salespersons to sell clients retail products
· Building a relationship with clients to ensure return visits
· Maintains quality service by following Leading Edge Mobility standards
· Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
· Stay up to date with all changes and information provided by management
· Contributing into the team culture in a positive manner
· Store opening and closing process
· Any other tasks assigned
Requirements:
· Good verbal communication
· Computer Skills
· Quick decision making
· Able to work under pressure
· Prepared to respond to client complaints
· Excellent retail product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00-$56,131.00 per year
