General Sales Manager

Lethbridge area dealership is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to join their dealership.

The successful candidate must have at least three to five years experience and poses the following:

• Must have Sales Management Experience
• Must have experience in the business office
• Preferred experience with PBS and CRM Management
• Motivate sales staff and assist in sales of products
• Familiar with Dealer Track
• Experience and understanding of bank lending and building automotive deals from start to finish.
• Ability to identify and set sound objectives and make decisions and produce ideas to meet the objectives
• Demonstrated ability to make sound and effective decisions
• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
