Job Description:
As the Sales Manager at First Nations Powersports, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Your strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and ability to build and maintain client relationships will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to drive their success.
- Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to maximize sales and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive innovative sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales collateral.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, providing updates on targets, performance, and sales strategies.
- Represent First Nations Powersports at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and foster business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful sales manager, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behaviors in the powersports industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and expand market share.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for powersports vehicles and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive and results-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

- Powersports RV Marine Sales: 3 years (required)
- Automotive Finance: 3 years (required)
- Remote Work: 1 year (preferred)
