Summary
The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick, and have the ability to multitask.

Job Duties
- Greet guests when they enter the casino
- General coat check duties
- Make announcements over the intercom
- Interact with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
- Assist marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating, and cutting
- Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
- Provide information about upcoming casino events
- Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.
Requirements
- Able to maintain security clearance
- Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
- Fluent in the English language
- Lottery ticket sales experience is considered an asset
- A team player who is willing to learn new skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customers
Work Conditions
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour periods
- Must be able to bend to reach shelves
- Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
- Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holiday
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
