Housekeeping Supervisor Indeed

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Housekeeping team including Housekeepers, Laundry Attendants, General Cleaners. A Housekeeping Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the team, ensuring the guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest level of service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist in supervising and overseeing the performance of the housekeeping department.
• Prepare daily room assignments and key distribution to room attendants.
• Oversee laundry operations if on site.
• Daily room inspections.
• Communication with other departments as Front Desk, Maintenance and Food & Beverages.
• Input guestroom information into the computer system.
• Assist with cleaning rooms as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews as required.
