Responsibilities:
Create procedures for processing Insurance
Create customer Word documents letters
Run daily Insurance download and activity reports
Reconcile Direct Bill statements from Insurance Companies
Perform daily follow up on all new and renewed insurance policies
Created follow up time diaries on applicable computer system(s)
Utilized Insurance Company websites for document retrieval and follow up
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
