Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, community-focused professional to support client employment outcomes by building strong relationships with employers in the Medicine Hat region. In this role, you will actively engage local businesses to identify hiring needs and create meaningful job placement opportunities for our clients.

You will work closely with participants to understand their skills and career goals, and match them with employers aligned to their abilities and the current labor market. This position is well-suited for someone who values relationship-building, takes pride in helping others succeed, and demonstrates strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with local Medicine Hat employers to secure job placement opportunities
• Match qualified clients to employer hiring needs
• Support clients with interview preparation and employer introductions
• Ensure contract expectations and placement targets are achieved
• Maintain awareness of local labour market trends and hiring demands
• Attend employer meetings and represent the organization professionally in the community
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the organization’s tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to support client success
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in business-to-business engagement, sales or placement
• Post-secondary education
• Experience working in a participant-based industry or service industry
• Access to a reliable vehicle
