New Way Kubota has an Exciting OPPORTUNITY for a talented individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in Lethbridge, Alberta. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service around our Kubota Product line. (Agricultural, Construction and Turf) The ideal candidate will have some experience or knowledge of the Agricultural or Construction Industry.
The individual best suited for this role will possess a strong desire to grow by building meaningful relationships and staying focused on delivering solutions to our customers. Being self-driven, eager to learn, hungry, and having a passion for sales and customer service will be keys to success in the role.

· Able to multi task
· Work well independently as well as with a team
· Self-motivated
· Display an aura of confidence
· Prior sales experience preferred but not required

This is a full time position that comes with a Base Salary and Commission, Vehicle Allowance and fuel card, along with a Benefit Package that starts after three months.
