Currently positions available are ON-CALL positions for Snow Removal. Full-Time positions will open in Mid-March, we plan to interview and qualify applicants prior to Full-Time positions becoming available. Current On-Call Snow Removal Technicians are considered FIRST for full-time positions, but summer hiring is based mainly upon attitude and past experience.

We are looking to GROW our team and keep qualified, growth-minded technicians employed year round, even through the slower winter months. In order to make this possible for winter 2026-2027, we need to have good and mindful operators on our team in Summer 2026 to work towards this goal and grow with the company into team leaders, managers and more.

We are seeking motivated and growth-minded individuals to join our growing company! S.O.S Exteriors is needing to add qualified and well-rounded landscapers, and exterior maintenance specialists to our team!

Responsibilities Include;

-Exposure to all sorts of weather conditions
-Driving company vehicles (if licensed)
-Snow Removal (by means of shovel, backpack blower, or Snow Thrower machine)
-Mowing lawns (typically self-propelled Push Mowers, String Trimmers)
-Lawn/Yard care (Aerations, Power Raking, Leaf Cleanings, Shrub Pruning)
-Heighth Work (Gutter/Window Cleanings)
-Construction/Landscapes (Fences, patios, large plantings and irrigation systems)
-Duties regularly include repetitive motions and heavy lifting
-Self-Sufficiency on mobile work sites (pack lunch, fluids, etc...)

Qualifications Include;

-Knowledge of workscopes/yard maintenance an asset, but not mandatory.
-Monday-Friday DayTime availability(Summers)
-Fairly flexible schedule to work early mornings and weekends(Winters)
-Being able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Drivers licence is preferred.
-Being able to lift 50+lbs on a daily basis, sometimes repeatedly.
-Previous knowledge of property care is an asset, but not necessary.
-Knowledge of operation of Mowers and lawn care equipment.
