Bissett Cleaning is searching for attention based multi-faceted cleaners to oversee cleaning operations of our weekend contracts. Must be trustworthy, dependable, responsible, and always up for a challenge.

Casual: 18-24 hours

Schedule: The schedule is Friday-Sunday, 6 p.m.-12/2 am. with availability for on-call weekday evenings.

Personal Characteristics:

• Must be and exemplary cleaner with ability to manage staff effectively.
• Must be able to work on your own and have an eye for detail.
• Always up for a challenge and desire to fully complete a task the first time around.
• Outgoing, eager to please, show initiative, problem solver, sense of ownership.
• Flexible, client focus, dependable, reliable.
• Being a key supervisory position, excellent attendance is a requirement.

Qualifications:

• Cell Phone w/ Data.
• Reliable Work Vehicle.
• Bondable.
• Fully Vaccinated
• Valid Drivers License
• 18+
• Minimum 1 year experience in the industry

Scope of Work:

• Working with 15-20 other Cleaning Technicians overseeing a number of locations.
• Training and Employee substitutions for the shift as occasions arise.
• Location inspections for fulfillment of service agreement (Quality Control)
• Providing feedback to co-workers in an effective and productive manner.
• Transporting required cleaning products/equipment to/from cleaning locale.
• Completing cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Assist in and promote other divisions, ie, housekeeping, window cleaning, floor refinishing.
• Some administrative and warehouse duties
• Some travel required to surrounding rural communities.
• Assist in occasional deeper cleanings (ie First-Time/One-Time Cleanings).
• Must be competent in floor care equipment, window cleaning, and ladder work.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
