**Job Description**
Be Yard Smart Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Lawn Maintenance / Snow Removal Supervisor to lead our seasonal crews. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality service for residential and commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance and snow removal operations
* Lead and motivate crew members to meet productivity and quality standards
* Operate and oversee the use of landscaping and snow removal equipment
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
* Conduct site inspections and address client concerns when needed
* Train new employees and enforce company procedures
* Monitor weather conditions and adjust schedules accordingly
**Qualifications**
* Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license (clean abstract is an asset)
* Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and plows
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons
* Physically fit and comfortable working in various weather conditions
