Family Medical Centre is currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic Primary Care team.
Position Qualifications:
- Current CLPNA registration
- Current CPR certification
- IM/ID/SC and immunization certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge and skills in preventative health screening and chronic disease management
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Primary Care nursing experience (preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical records and Netcare (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
