Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Service Dispatcher to support our busy mechanical service department. This role coordinates daily service calls for plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians, ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent communication between clients and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service calls for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teams
• Communicate with clients to book appointments, provide updates, and gather job details
• Support technicians throughout the day with schedule changes and information
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician availability
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage workflow
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service by phone and email

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative coordination
• Strong verbal and phone communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software and digital tools

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
