Position: Administrative Assistant for Brent Oleksy who is a fast-paced, growing commercial Realtor at Royal LePage South Country.
Pay: Is negotiable upon experience and or education
Key Responsibilities Include:
Masterful Coordination: Manage/Update Calendars, arrange meetings, and facilitate communication flow.
Efficient Operations: Ensure the office is kept clean and organized. Be the gatekeeper of communications, handling emails, select phone calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently. This role also includes inputting data and continually updating a data system with client information as well as property information. Attention to detail is a must! On top of all the hard work we also want a fun and enjoyable place for you to be a part of.
Tech Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Pillar 9 (is an asset but training could be provided)).
Attention to Detail: The devil is in the details! We’re seeking someone with a keen eye for accuracy and commitment to maintaining high standards in all administrative tasks.
Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive mindset and the ability to evolve situations are crucial. We value individuals who take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement.
Secondary Schooling is not required but any Administration Schooling, Real Estate Administration, or Legal Assistant experience WOULD be considered an asset.

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
