Medicine Hat Toyota is looking to add to our team. We are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join our business. This hands-on position involves supporting our Finance Department by assisting with administrative tasks and covering a day off weekly for the Financial Services Manager.
This position will be 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial Services vehicle deal processing
- Registration of Financial Services products
- Warranty submissions
- Customer retention tasks
- Customer Information Data Integrity
- Interact with other staff members in a positive and productive manner
- Maintain records and statistics
