Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays to enhance the shopping environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep the store organized and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an asset.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of POS systems and merchandising principles.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
