Medicine Hat Toyota is looking to add to our team. We are looking for a front counter Parts Advisor to join our business. This fast-paced, hands-on position involves supporting our Parts customers and technicians, and works closely with other departments in the dealership. We operate within the Ulmer Auto Group, comprising 13 successful franchise dealerships, with a proven history of providing a great employment environment. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a department centered around the customers service experience.
- Identifying parts and using parts catalogues
- Researching new products
- Answering incoming parts calls
- Shipping, receiving and coordinating delivery of parts
- Providing service and developing relationships with customers and wholesale accounts
- Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers regarding the status of parts orders
- Invoicing, supporting service and sales staff
- Ensuring our manufacturers policies and procedures are adhered to
- All types of service work are delivered efficiently, with a high level of quality control.
- Maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with dealership health and safety policies.
Requirements:
· Have knowledge of the automotive industry
· Be a journeyman parts technician or have previous experience in parts
· Excel in multitasking, problem solving, negotiating and conflict resolution
· Preference will be given to those with Automotive Parts experience
· Valid Drivers License
· High School Diploma
