Weddingstar Inc.is looking for full-time Personalization Assistants to work in our Dunmore, AB location. Opportunities are currently available for both day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and evening shift, Sunday to Wednesday, 3:45 pm to 2:00 am.
Personalization Assistants are responsible for general warehouse duties including, but not limited to: personalization of orders (i.e., engraving, napkin stamping, etc.), picking orders, packing orders, and shipping. Responsibilities vary according to work area.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Complete personalization on products using a variety of methods and personalization machines (training provided)
- Ensure correct tags/UPCs are on products/orders prior to shipping
- Ensure orders are picked/personalized/packed correctly and completely prior to shipping
- Ensure quality and accuracy standards and timelines of work area are met
- Fulfill general warehouse duties including stocking product on shelves, inventory, cleaning and organizing work area
Skills and experience:
- High school education
- Experience in Warehouse work and/or retail or customer service would be an asset but not required as training will be provided
- Ability to identify priorities and work within deadlines
- This position requires: lifting/carrying duties at light level (frequent) to medium level (occasional), prolonged standing and walking, repetitive work, visual acuity and attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in dusty environment and fluctuating temperatures
