Fit Physiotherapy is seeking a reliable and organized Part Time Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required.
- Front desk reception experience preferred
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- General clerical skills such as data entry and filing
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Comfortable using computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
