Canine Reflections is growing, evolving, and redefining what pet care looks like in our community. We’re looking for an experienced groomer to join our team in a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full time for the right fit. We are more than a grooming salon — we’re a full pet care facility offering grooming, daycare, boarding, and more!

Position Details

Part-time to start (growth to full time possible)

Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required.

Established clientele provided

Supportive team environment with leadership having over 19 years of experience in the groom room

Working interview required Required

Experience & Skills

Professional grooming experience required

Ability to complete full grooms independently

Confident with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments

Strong time management and organization

Excellent client communication skills

Comfortable in a busy, sometimes loud, fast-paced environment

Passion for animal wellbeing and low-stress handling

Bonus Skills

(Assets, Not Required)

Cat grooming experience

Hand scissoring experience

Fear-free grooming knowledge

Desire for continued professional growth

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, productivity, and overall team fit. Structure may include a daily base guarantee or commission model plus tips, discussed during the interview process. We aim to create a compensation structure that supports both groomer success and sustainable business growth.
