Full Job Description

Established law firm seeking a receptionist/office assistant to support a busy law practice.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic and a professional demeanour.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the front desk with an emphasis on providing excellent client service, pleasant and engaging phone manner, scheduling appointments, and various administrative tasks as required
  • Be timely and professional in communication at all times with current and potential clients, related professionals and the general public.
  • Be able to multi-task and support staff on an as-needed basis.

Employment Details:

  • Full-time salaried employment
  • Salary and benefits commensurate with experience
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • Salary starting at $18.00 per hour
