Redcliff Vape Shop is looking for a full-time employee.

Duties include retail sales of vape products, opening & closing store, and cleaning.

No experience required. Retail Experience is an asset. The shift is 4 days on and 4 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and understanding various vaping products.
• Educate customers on different vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories, explaining their features, benefits, and usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays, shelves, and counters.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage inventory levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to vaping products.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions or guidance effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or interest in vaping products and their usage.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
