Service Rig: Derrickhand, Driller Indeed

Amped Energy Services specializes in Flushbys, Rod Rigs, Hot Oilers, Grippers and Service Rigs. We constantly strive to increase the standard of service.

Amped is hiring a full-time position for an experienced Rig Managers, Drillers, Derrick Hands, Floorhands . This position will be based out of Taber SK, Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and various specialty tools
• Aid the Driller in overseeing all the well servicing rig process
• Handle rods/tubulars, and service rig engine and monitor fluids
• Assist with rig moves
• Work at heights with the use of special fall restraint equipment
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Driller
• Q endorsement
• First Aid, H2S Alive, valid CSO certification & BOP Ticket
• Scheduled steady work
• Perform physically demanding tasks
• Work outdoors in harsh weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Experience:

• Petroleum & Natural Gas Extraction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
• oil and gas: 1 year (required)
