Mint Smartwash is an Exterior Express Car Wash providing customers with a convenient, fast, cost effective way to keep their vehicle clean, dry and shiny in 5 minutes or less.
Mint is seeking a positive, passionate, energetic individual to engage with potential customers and commuters in a positive manner by sign spinning at some key intersections directing them to the car wash facility.
Job Description
Looking for people ages 16+ to spin a sign on a roadside to attract traffic to our car wash. Experience is helpful but not needed.

- Availability from 10 AM-8 PM (hours may vary)

What we promise
- Hourly rate of $16.50-$18
- Money for gas and travel expenses if needed

Responsibilities
Sign spinners have the responsibility to:
- Move a lightweight sign and work in all weather conditions.
- Wave to traffic to direct them to the car wash.
- Stay attentive to oncoming traffic and keep themselves safe.
- Provide their own appropriate clothing for the outdoor weather. We have winter jackets and hats but proper footwear and gloves are not provided.
Qualifications
Qualifications to be a sign spinner include:

- Must be able to stand for five hours at a time.
