Site Supervisor

Genuine Siding and Roofing (GSR), Lethbridge's premier siding and roofing company is currently looking for a Site Supervisor overseeing both Southern Alberta and Southeastern BC territory. At GSR, we help our customers maintain and restore their homes exteriors and roofs.

Overall responsibility and control of site activity for: New Home Construction, Retail and Commercial Jobs

Responsible for the hiring and management of field employees as well as subcontracted crews.

Assign jobs to crews.

Manage schedules of all jobs.

Ensure jobs are started and completed as per schedule.

Inspect all jobs through out install and at completion to ensure accuracy and quality.

Work with customers and GSR Team to resolve issues.

Overseeing and enforcing site safety and required documentation, including the completion of needed paperwork, i.e., Hazard assessment, near miss reports and Incident reports.

Other responsibilities and duties assigned.

Identifying and communicating site activities and any concerns with the General Manager on a daily basis.

Salary: From $26.00 per hour
